Thankful Thursday



I lost that. 

5 lbs of fat. (Well, I hope it's fat!) Since The Husband and I went to the nutritionist in August, we've been really making an effort to eat well. Choosing low-sodium, low-fat foods, checking out new recipes, cutting out the soda, etc. I'm not going to say that we haven't cheated. We have. But, overall, we're eating better than we used to, definitely more conscious about what we're consuming.

I'm also working out way more than I used to. I'm running 2-3 times a week to train for the 1/2 marathon. I'm still going to Zumba at least once a week, and I've been going to they gym at other times, too.

Which means - I've lost 5 lbs. Yay! I'm thankful for THAT!
